Rigitone™ Access Panels

Product Overview

Rigitone Access panels are designed to allow easy access for inspection and maintenance of services located above Rigitone perforated plasterboard acoustic ceilings. Available in a range of sizes that are all easily installed into the ceiling the access panel frame accepts a piece of board to match the perforation pattern of the ceiling to create an almost seamless look.

Typical Applications

Rigitone Access Panels are typically used in Rigitone acoustic ceilings in offices, theatres, restaurants, shopping centres and hotel foyers.

Matching the panel to your Rigitone ceiling

Planning access before the ceiling goes up

Because the frame takes a piece of the ceiling board itself, keep an offcut of the same board run aside for each panel , a piece from a later delivery may not line up with the pattern already installed. Set panel positions while the services above the ceiling are still visible, and put a panel at each point needing periodic inspection rather than relying on a single hatch.
