Acoustic Blanket, in five densities and four thicknesses.
FibreFlex Acoustic Blanket (FAB) is an acoustic insulation product made from 100% polyester, designed for noise-critical applications. It is supplied in rolls or in 2.4 m x 1.2 m sheets.
FAB is the range to work from when the specification names an NRC rather than a system rating. Density is the first number in the code and thickness the second, so FAB 32/50 is the 32 kg/m³ product at 50 mm. Going denser at the same thickness buys absorption; going thicker buys both absorption and R-value.
